Oh god... I ordered a pair of Uggs from Shudoo on monday... worried that they may arrive damaged or something now and I will have problems
I think if they arrive and just don't fit then I'll probably be better off just selling them on.
goodluck i ordered uggs on 17 feb still no uggs and they are just completely ignoring my emails0 -
Yep, same for me too. Returned a pair of UGGS weeks ago. Lindsay asked for a scan of my proof of return which I emailed over to her. She said she would refund me the same day. Now just totally ignoring my emails and still no refund. What is the next course of action I can take to get my money back? Thanks in advance.0

I have contacted them and they said they have not recieved my parcel either.
I returned them with the FREE POSTAGE LABEL as they were clearly worn and scuffed.
I have to fill in a form to claim the money back with my proof of postage.
This is all too strange.
Please can someone suggest what additional steps all these poor consumers can take as I cant afford to loose this money.
Thanks
Did you ever get your refund? I sent 2 pairs of boots to the value of £139.50 back on the 11th february, still no refund and now they are ignoring my emails. Total rip off merchants !0 -
Have been reading this thread with interest.
All indications are the trader is in financial strife and has been using a "pre-paid" returns service to dupe the customer and ulimately hold on to money that should be returned.
If you have paid by credit card for boots over £100 then contact your card company asap. Even if it is not a spend over £100 contact your card co - some have extremely good assistance schemes (my mum was refunded for goods costing £40 from MBNA in similar circumstances). Direct them to this site for further info.
Contact Consumer Direct - Trading Standards are only likely to investigate if the number of similar complaints warrant it (most TS services are intelligence led and wil not investigate one complaint). There appears to be fraud and consumer protection reg issues here.
Good luck - I hope people see their money. This site is very powerful when spreading the word of poor service.0 -
Wow- I'm just so shocked by this company!
They were such a well loved company when I first heard about them 2 years ago, they seemed to suddenly go downhill the last part of 2010 and its just gotten worse and worse:
First people complaining the Jumbucks they sell were falling apart, poor quality and the heels collapsing.
Then the Uggs they sold (and it did seem to be only the Uggs from Shudoo, I never saw any other posts about bad quality 'genuine' Uggs from anywhere else but Shudoo) seemed to get holes in them after just a few days of normal wearing.
Then the free returns vanished, shortly following others who had returned items to Shudoo but not had their items recieved by the company and so lost money due to not being allowed refunds.
Now they have stopped all contact with customers who have ongoing issues with them!
I can see why people are so very worried about their money and hope that Consumer Rights and Trading Standards deal with this quickly, I also hope everyone does complain because the more people who do so the faster they are likely to deal with things.0 -

I am the same, I have sent several emails and initially had excuses about a warehouse move but the last 4 have not been replied to including some sent to the CEO Robbie Russell.
I did manage to speak to Lindsay once on the phone and she said I will get a credit but that was 10 days ago and the web still says order processing.
Is consumer direct the best people to contact?
Thanks0 -
send consumer direct an email through their site and hopefully there is enough of us for them to take notice0
