Hi there, I renewed my car insurance with Bell in July this year with no issues. Completely irrelevant. The Road Traffic Act definition of a road goes way beyond the public highway.

In any event, you are not seriously trying to suggest that if I smash up someone's car in a Sainsbury's car park, that I am not legally liable.
