BT from Marks and Spencer to MBNA

I did a no. of bt earlier this week and have checked today and everyone has been received except the one going to Marks and Spencers cc.
I gave MBNA the cc no. from the one on the Marks cc but I have just checked and note the cc no. shown on the direct debit is different even though it is the same account.
Because I quoted the no. off the cc instead of the other one shown on the statement would this cause a problem.

M&S have previously told me the 2 numbers are linked within their systems.
I've only ever used the 16 digit card number as the reference when making online banking (BACS) payments to my M&S card accounts (had 3 or 4 over the last few years).

Checked today and the bt arrived safely. Panic over.0
