PRAISE fOR HELP for HEROES and interlink express

I decided to order from Help for heroes online shop so that i could help this charity and buy some Christmas presents at the same time.I placed 2 separate orders on Wednesday, 1 in the morning and one about 3pm.Both orders were dispatched next day and delivered this morning by interlink express.Excellent service from both :T

Lucky you Brian, wish we had your delivery person seems it is different in London! Came home last week, Interlink express card in door, details of what to do when you are not home for delivery etc. etc. Rang the number the following day to arrange delivery only to be told it had already been delivered and signed for. Checked the neighbours; drew a blank. Checked the card again only to find someone had signed it using my name but as the house was empty this was very strange. Have rang interlink Express 3 times to ask who it was delivered to, I have drawn another blank. Interlink Express assure us they are dealing with it but cannot contact the driver (he has gone sick), cannot contact the depot (they don't answer the phones) and 10 days later we remain mystified. Subsequently I have found that a mobile phone was posted to us although I never ordered one. A contract for the phone was taken out, although I never arranged it. Customer Services at Interlink have not been impressive.
