I had a similar discussion with my Zen Holistic Reflexologist. He's big into BLT and by big I mean BIG. He's BIG as well; you would be too if you had BLTs twice a day every day. He told me that for the last six months he's been adding mayo to his BLTs and that the local sandwich shops don't charge him any extra, it's a small gesture but every little helps. His return on all these BLTs is a highly inflationary figure especially with that added mayo. To mitigate this he's thinking of slapping on some HPC Sauce instead of mayo; good news is all but one of the sandwich shops has agreed but he soon dispatched him by applying digital pressure, like Spock. What's more he's withholding half of his tab. Anyway to cut a tall story short he's thinking of upping his prices so that he can buy more BLTs.

    Good times.

My podiatrist tends to just chat about the weather and holidays, Not the ins and outs of their business affairs.

I hate feet but much respect to those who deal with them, a nice pedicure is very relaxing. Most stressful thing is fushia or pale pink polish!!!

Well. Just look at that. It states quite clearly that chiropodists can be 'confused'. So maybe he just got it wrong. What he actually said was that he was quite 'small' in BTL and that since his tenants were all moving out, he had to give them a £15 discount to stay.

I'm leaning to the idea that the OP is a bear taking the !!!! out of our resident bulls and doing a very good job of it.

I once had an ingrowing toenail done.

    I can't recommend it.
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..
  • Another clue in the post, well statement is actually more accurate than clue, with the reference to it being a tall story.

This person is taking us for a ride.

Just back from my bi-annual appointment with the local friendly Chiropodist and I have to say and a very interesting discussion as well. This guy is big into BTL and I mean BIG, and he told me that over the last six months he's increased all his rents on each tenant by around £15, not much but ever little helps in thus climate. He's basically factoring in the inflationary figures into his returns. Amazingly enough all bar one 'difficult' tenant agreed but he soon dispatched of him then withheld half the deposit. ;) Anyway to cut a tall story short he said he's planning further rental increases next year in addition to remortgaging for another BTL.

Good times for landlords was his summary.

BTL obviously isnt THAT lucrative for him otherwise he wouldn't be spending his day handling the feet of t055ers like you.

    It's his pension.
  • To be fair I have been getting my feet done there for years now so have no reason to suspect dishonesty. The girls in the local nail bar are a different story however.

Do they do facials as well ?
