There is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.

It says in the rewards FAQ to allow 14 days. We normally take that to mean 14 working days. Sometimes they run out of vouchers and it takes a bit longer

  • How long from joining Dublinbet do you get your piggypoints for joining and depositing 25 Euros? The website doesn't say how long, just 'as soon as your account is confirmed' or something like that.

Also, should I cash out my 45 Euros first (25 + 15 winnings) first before depositing any vouchers? Someone on here said something about having to play through vouchers.

I opted not to take the matching bonus so I could get all my deposit money back with no play through requirement. Hope that was the right thing to do!

Any advice at all much appreciated.

    Thanks

  • I'm probably being very thick here but looking at the t&c's of the Kylie competition I noticed it stated:

"Winners will be selected in a random draw. To claim the prize, the winner must answer a test of skill question."

Does this mean that if you win, in order to claim your prize you'll be asked another question, or, is the question on the website the "test of skill" question?

(I'm very tired with a frazzled brain so apologies if this is a silly question.)

I can't remember the details, but there are laws relating to prize draws, competitions, etc which mean an element of skill is required - so the winner will be drawn at random, then need to know the name of the Prime Minister or something of that difficulty.

That's why you sometimes come across, for example, competitions where the answer is revealed in the email address you enter at (eg, 'itstonyblair@competition.com'), or where all but one of the answers are blatantly ridiculous - it's to get that 'element of skill'.

But surely the element of skill is achieved by answering the initial question?

Yes, I assume that's what they mean; I think it's just worded badly.
