    Hi,

I know this has been posted before but I cant find it. What is the best number to call pigsback on regarding missing points? Or an alternative email address? I have emailed several times about missing points but have not even had a response. Thanks in advance.

And a big thanks to all those who post the answers :)

I emaile pg about my baileys points they said to wait until the 28days then if I still havnt received them then to get back in touch - really annoyed as some people on here have had theirs added.

i got my piggy points for Baileys added manually - i e-mailed Pigsback and she added them after I had forwarded my confirmation e-mail. handy as I ordered another Boots voucher last night and my account was looking very low!!!

I emailed Pigsback for the 4th time about my Skilljam points and they said I wasn't on the file - sent though screenshots proving I used Pisback and today I found a 1000 manual points adjustment on my balance! Thanks Pigsback/Ciara :)

(I would reccomend everyone takes screenshots of tracking URLs for this reason, never know when they will come in very handy!)
  • From what ppl are saying it seems that wot gets done about missing points depends on who deals with ur complaint. I guess I just happen to have been lucky to get more considerate ppl responding to my queries.

To do screen shots, just press the Print Sreen button (which is above the Insert button) and then open a Word document and click on paste then save the document. It literally saves what is on the screen.

I always try to get the date showing when I take the screen shot too.. (hover mouse over time on tool bar)

also, if its a big points sign up its worth having the referral id on the address showing (although they sometimes don't accept that as proof - if they haven't had 'THE FILE' from the partner site)
