I know a lot of you use CDWow so can you tell me how long things usually take to be dispatched? I placed my first order on 7/12 for a DVD which was in stock. I went through pigsback (got my points) but the order is still pending dispatch - I did use the £5 off voucher promo from another link. Lots of people on the other thread are having the same problem - are they usually this slow - thanks DK

I too ordered a cd on the 7th december and it has yet to be dispatched. Essential Songs I have ordered from cd wow before and rarely had problems.

My brother and I were lucky enough to have a £5 money off voucher each. 2 CDs were ordered using the codes about a week and a half ago, and both CDs have arrived. I think it must just be down to their stock levels?

Although saying that, I did order a DVD at the beginning of the month which said 'Pending Dispatch' for a couple of days. Then changed to 'Dispatched' with a date of 1st Jan 1970?! I received an email that it had been dispatched the day I received the DVD. I should think that they're quite busy at this time of year too.

Hi,
I ordered 2 gameboy advance games as Christmas presents, both were in stock when I ordered, I tracked the order every day and it kept saying pending dispatch. I received both the games before I had email saying item sent ! :rolleyes: I received both within 10 days. All the CD's I have ordered have arrived within 3 days !:T

What happens if I have a CD Wow voucher for £20 but my total spend comes to under ? Do I lose the change or does it credit back somehow ?

i ordered a cd from cd wow on 2nd dec and is still saying pending despatch. i e-mailed them yesterday asking when it would be despatched and got a reply saying it was out of stock and wouldnt be availabe until after christmas. i dont think they would have told me this had i not e-mailed them, so i would suggest that everyone waiting for an order e-mails them to make sure it will be with you before christmas.

I have just checked the status again and it now says dispatched with today's date so I am hoping it will be here real soon now. Thanks to everyone who responded and sorry if I have taken Pigsback OT DK

you don't lose it. just use the same voucher code next time and it will have whatever you didn't spend left on it. Think you may have to leave it 24 hours before you place another order using the same code though

This might sound like a daft question, but when on the Pigsback home page, how do you get to the Christmas Zone?
The Christmas Zone banner used to be at the top, now it's an ad for mini-breaks. Can anyone help?
Have tried clicking on the Christmas backgrounds to the ads but that just takes you to that products page.
