I've order a Nintendo DS Liute form dabs as a Christmas present. Today I got the Piggy points for it, but when i got o dabs the order is still saying "awaiting stock". I'm beginning to think i'm going to have to get the DS form somepalce else to get it in time for Christmas, I guess that means the Piggy points will then be deducted from my account?
  • Has anyone else who ordered the Enjoy England City Guide had problems signing up for the Family Fun map? It won't let me sign up for it, and therefore get the 50 points, and Pigsback suppport have said it is because I have already received the city guide.

No mention of this in the offer's terms and conditions though.

Also, is anyone missing CDwow points as I haven't received any from 2 orders I made a few days ago?

Hi, I ordered a couple of vouchers, and I have only received one. This is the first time I have used Pigsback to claim the vouchers.

Do they send all the vouchers separately, or have they made a mistake?

    Thanks in advance.

The Enjoy England Family Fun map and their newsletter are included in the same 50 points offer...so if you have already signed up for their newsletter before, you wont get any extra points for ordering the map.

In My Family: My father, My DW and my son got the extra 50 points ;) but niether my DD or me  got the extra points and we all got the first 50 when that came out earlier in the year. :D

Not sure about DD's boyfriend because never sure if he can be bothered to do anything on Pigsback. They say you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. I for one am not drinking it for him.

On the subject of Amazon points no one in the house has been credited with the 200 first time Amazon purchase but we have got 5 copies of that rather naff book:rotfl: all arrived on the same day and 3 had to be signed for.

I got the Enjoy England points about 6 weeks ago....in my piggypoints history it says the 50 points was for newsletter sign up/family fun map. So at some point PB must have combined the 2....

Yesterday I placed my frist ever order with cdwow. I had a £2 voucher but thought I would chance my luck by going through pigsback. I also opened the cdwow page from quidco because I have read on here that it will also track. DVD was £6.99 - £2.00voucher - 270piggypoints - 25pence from quidco = 1 bargin.
Thanks to every body for their advice and answers on here.
  • just a quick question, my cousin has ordered £40 vouchers, pigsback has sent them via recorded delivery. he is out of the country at the moment and will be for 3 months, so i cannot get them on his behalf unfortunately ;) - so i will assume they will be returned to sender

does anyone think its worth him contacting pisback and asking them to credit back his piggypoints until he gets back in the country?
    ** i didn't lose my mind, i sold it on ebay **
  • I'm really upset with Pigsback at the moment. I've always used £1 or £2 e vouchers and I've always been awarded my points. This time when I used one on a £40 order, I didnt get any points. When I queried it Ciara said no points are awarded on any order where a voucher has been used. I asked if I could have the points for the balance of my order and was told 'no', it was flippin double points week aswell when I ordered it. I wouldnt care but it was cheaper on Amazon, but I figured on getting 800points back which balanced it out:mad:

  • I know its unfair that you've lost out shoppaholicgirl, but you have to remember that pigsback works in a similar way to quidco. They get their money from the people you shop with, which they give back to us via points. I would blame the people you shopped with for refusing to give the money to pigsback, rather than blaming pigsback.
