  • I oredered from CD Wow on 11th dec and didnt receive double pps either. The page specifically said that double pps would be credited on Tues 12th. Like everyone else I didn't bother to take a screen shot either. Those extra pps would have got me another £10 voucher :( I've already had to chase up Garlik points this week!!

The double points offer was from 6th dec - 5pm 8th dec (I think) so you wouldn't have qualified for the double points anyway

I emailed to point out that the Christmas Sizzler had the terms 'Buy 5 gifts through Pigsback' to get +500pp which has since been changed to 'Spend over £100' and asked if they would be honouring the original offer.

    This is the reply:

Regarding the Christmas offer, the T&C's have changed. Therefore if you have purchased 5 items during the period that the terms stated you must purchase 5 items then you will receive your 500 PiggyPoints. These terms were on the site from the 22nd until the 1st December.

However if you have not purchased the 5 items between those dates you will need to spend £100 to receive your 500 PiggyPoints.

  • since Pigsback are not always very reliable when it comes to crediting points, I usually write down when I take up an offer, how many points it is for and when the points are supposed to be credited.

I have written down "December 1st - OPI - 50 points in 24 hours", but I have no credit that could match this and there is no "OPI" when I search on the Pigsback site or on this forum... maybe it was an abbreviation for something?

Can anyone help my ADDled brain?
I want to move to theory. Everything works in theory.

I think this was for The Lena White newsletter, if I remember right in the newsletter e-mailed to me it said opi in the subject line.
  • Thanks, scottish lassie, that must have been it and I *did* get the points :)
