Has anyone got thier Lena White points yet ?, I found the link on this thread but now when I search on PB it finds no mention of Lena White. I took a screen grab of the end of the sign up. I think it was for 50 points

Does anyone have a screen print of the CD-Wow double point promotion from a few weeks ago? I'm currently struggling to get my double points from Pigsback and need some help.

I've been emailing Ciara since yesterday after everyone started saying they'd had their extra points. After first trying to claim that I hadn't ordered through Pigsback, she has now told me that "this was an error on the site, the banner was on site for a very short while. We have awarded members with 100 PiggyPoints to apologies for this error."

I've explained that it was on there for over a week and that my OH who ordererd a week after me has had his extra points, as have loads of you on here but it seems I'm being fobbed off and she has only given me 100 points as an apology, instead of the 450 I'm entitled to.

So, if anyone has a screenprint of the offer, please can you post it on here or PM me so that I can prove to Pigsback that they should honour the offer. I'm pretty miffed as the points would have been enough for my next voucher which I was going to order yesterday as a last minute Christmas pressie for someone.

edited to add that Ciara has now told me that the banner that I used on 29th November shouldn't have been there so please can you let me know if you ordered before the 6th December and have had your double points. I'm sure others must be in the same boat as me.

I did think it was quite a short time for the double points offer, I ordered on the 7/12 and again on the 12/12 and it was gone by the second order (which I knew, so was fine). To be honest I don't think it was running as far back as the 29/11, but there were various banners for one day sales coming up on random days.

Hmmm, well I only remember double points being there last week, although I do recall they accidentally put up a £1 off banner one day when it wasn't a few weeks ago. Maybe you ordered it then? It would explain the 100 points for the error.

Ciara has already admitted that the banner shouldn't have been on there so really its not my fault that they put it on there. There was no other offer on although I do remember seeing the £1 off one a day earlier. I would have thought that knowing it was their error, they'd give me the points out of good faith.

I'll make sure I take screen prints next time I take up an offer.

I agree i think it was only running from the 6th to the 8th last week
