I would give them a ring on 0207 170 4010 and tell them their auto response isn't working;) and sort out your points over the phoneThere is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.

I did an order here.. got 500 extra PP's and they sent a freebie pack of biscuit.. 'normal' family sized pack (cost £3.99 in tesco) lol.. mine will get 4 biscuits each!.. Not fancy ones mind.I only bought a couple of packs of batteries for christmas too... made £8.99 there and spent £12.98 on 8 duracell batteries... £3.99 for 8 batteries isn't bad!
Delivery is really quick too
Now... to sort my 'stolen' debenhams parcel the driver left outside my house.... do they never learn?

Hi, my sister has just had a phonecall to say that she has won a free makeover for herself and a guest but she is a bit dubious about it lol! Apparently she has to pay the £300 upfront as a deposit and it will be returned to her when she attends, this is apparently to stop people saying they will come and not turning up. Does this sound normal? Also, i dont suppose anyone happens to remember what the competition was do they? I've been trying to find it so we can check the terms and conditions but no joy so far. Sorry about all the questions but do you think this is the sort of thing where they pressure you into spending a fortune on pictures when it was supposed to be a prize?
Thanks for any help,
