Wolfhound wrote:Hi AndyR, yes I did check that up a while ago and the only Waitrose in Scotland is the other side of the country from me, in Edinburgh. So that wouldn't be any good. I would have liked that though. Ah well. I wish pigsback would offer M&S vouchers or bring back the Love to Shop one's they had before, you could use them in lots of shops.
Do John Lewis deliver to you? And if they do, do they perchance do food hampers? Do you know, it looks as if they might?
Failing that, Boots do some edible treats at this time of year.
Also, you could email PB and say what you'd particularly like, and how ill-served you are by Waitrose in the frozen north ...
EDITED TO SAY OK PANIC OVER OTHER PEOPLE DON'T THINK IT WAS LOVE TO SHOP WHICH WENT BUST AND I APOLOGISE FOR WORRYING ANYONE!Signature removed for peace of mind0 -

Wolfhound wrote:Hi Claire DC, I looked into that too and they don't deliver to my region. I wanted to save my pp's and get myself a hamper, or something I would buy for a family member but wouldn't dream of buying myself, I wanted a treat for a change.
Maybe Santa will bring me a hamper :rotfl:
P.S. ebay is like Kryptonite to me, I wouldn't go near it.
Oooh i see, that's a bit of a pain then isn't it.
I'm all out of other ideas at the moment i'm afraid lol.Lost lbs =

I think someone is working cos I bought a cd from cd-wow yesterday I today I got points... or maybe they just have some kind of skript to add cdwow points automatically...
Think it gets done automatically as when we bought something from cdwow, we got our points in the middle of the night.. and i doubt very much that they were working then lol.;)Lost lbs =

Hi All
Have just noticed that BFC (Books For Children) are a partner to pigsback and i just wanted to say that i would personally avoid them like the plague. Their books are supposedly 'great prices' but this really isnt true you can find them much cheaper elsewhere. (even pulled them up on a book they were selling 'cheaply' for 4.99 and it blatently had £1 marked on the front of the book.....)
Obviously you also have the obligatory x amount of books to buy in a year like most book clubs.
The most annoying thing i have found with them though is that i have yet to find a contact telephone number for them. The only contact you can have with them is through e-mails or by post which is not very handy when you have a complaint (which unfortunately i have done on a few occasions in a short space of time). Any queries only get answered if you persevere and they can be bothered.....
Anyway rant over, i hope some people have had luck with them but i would tell anyone to steer clear!!!!

As well as Ciara isn't there a bloke called Paddy and another woman called Lynne....?
Ciara was the oen who dealt with my original query about Skilljam though, when I asked her about why it was linking through to the US site which is in $$$ when the offer said you had to deposit £5. She said it didn't matter which site it was so long as you went through Pigsback with the same email address and made a deposit at least equal to £5.0 -

Hi Savvy-Sue, good idea about John Lewis but can you use vouchers online?
Or, if I went to John Lewis in Glasgow would they sell hampers in the store ?
This is getting confusing :rotfl:
There are other vouchers called "High Street" and as the name suggests
they can be used in lots of stores,at least they would give people a bit of choice.
I did email Pigsback about missing Baileys points and while I was at it, I asked about getting a few more shops on the rewards page, she said that new rewards are being added all the time !! Have I missed something
Anyone want to help me eat £92 worth of pizza :rotfl: :rotfl:0
