For Pigsback oldies.

Check that you don't have points due to expire, I had a few hundred when I logged in, due to expire at the end of the month. Its the first time i've noticed this because i've been saving mine up to see if they would put some food shops on but sadly they haven't.

why will pints expire i dont understand.

i had some expire ages ago and never knew why.

They only last for a year. It would be a shame to lose them that way after all the wait to get them.;)

It does make sense to release the points after a certain period, PB has to allocate money to peoples accounts when they're doing their books, imagine if they have 1000 members with 100 points each and those accounts have been dormant for quite a while, that's £1,000 tied up with members that they have to budget for, but are probably never going to return.

Maybe they want you to spell out that your points haven't yet arrived and you think they should have done, are you right or is there some problem? I don't know, but when I hadn't had my Dabs points I just asked whether I'd done the right thing when I'd claimed them (that's one where you have to send in your order when you place it) because I thought I'd waited as long as they said I needed to!

I don't think you're being dense, I think the reindeer has flown off the Snapfish page but they haven't changed the clue yet!

I thought it only changed every week, anyway, it's the calendar you can click every day ... but maybe I'm dense.

When you DO find the right page, what you find is a sleigh, and you click on that. You don't actually find any reindeer at all, IIRC, so the wording is a bit misleading IMO! :rotfl:

so does this mean I will get my points or not

They have tried this EXACT same thing with my fiance.. he's still trying to get his points. May have to point out that he knows of somebody else who is having this exact problem with them and that it seems a bit suss as we know that he definitely went through pigsback to audible!
