    Well that's not true is it? They can "do" something other than fob you off.

    Report it to your card company as an unauthorised transaction.

    Got a manual adjustment for my points from Garlik today after I emailed yesterday with the confirmation email I received from Garlik. Just waiting now for my M&S spending to appear as points - says can take up to 28 days - has anyone had any experience of shopping with M&S via PB?

    i too am waiting on m&s points- should be around 500, so i hope they appear quickly!

    i ordered on tuesday, and no points as yet.

    I'm waiting for my M&S points too.
    I had the delivery last week.
    Ordered on the 15th
    It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

    Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

    I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my M+S points...don't expect to see them for another week.

    No I cancelled mine and have not been charged, but I did get a mail saying they had cancelled my account.
