You probably can do it online. It's just that I got the letter with the reference code on you need to claim the piggy points and I used the instructions to cancel it over the phone. It was very quick and painless by phone. Didn't try online to be honest... Would advise you don't cancel until PP are in bank...or you are getting close to the 30 day free trial limit0 -
