Please can anyone give me advice on this?

I recently placed my first CDWOW order via Pigsback and although I received the points for the order I did not receive the 200 bonus points everyone else seems to have got for their first order. I queried this with Pigsabck and got the following reply:

The only reason I was wanting to order them now was because of the reduction in cost!

I might order them anyway and use them to buy christmas presents with.

BoogieBear we're not supposed to get them, it's just some sort of error that means that we do. In fact we're not supposed to get them any orders made using e-vouchers but I always have.

I agree and think it's unfair of them to take credit for someone elses hard work. If they really want thanks they should stay up 'til 2am and work them out not just copy and paste after other people have made the effort.:rolleyes:

The same happened to me last week, I got the points for the purchase but no 200 bonus points for first order. I never queried it though because I think I read on here somewhere that you arent supposed to get them anyway.

Thanks fatboyonadiet and anji1979 .I thought the 200 point bonus was automatically added to every first CDWOW order piggypoint total because I know so many others have received them. My order was a straight forward order (no vouchers used) and I just assumed I'd get those extra points too.

I feel pretty cheesed off with Pigsback as a whole. I'd been saving up my piggypoints like mad since joining so I could get Beefeater vouchers to take my whole family out for a meal to cheer them all up after a horrific year of deaths and disasters. I could never afford to do this without using vouchers to pay. To make sure I received them before the end of the year I recently ordered £60 worth and then within a day or two of doing so Pigsback reduced the vouchers to 1000pp each which would have saved me 600 points which, together with the 200 bonus points from my first CDWOW order, would have put me well on the way towards another £10 Beefeater voucher. I emailed Pigsback, explaining the situation but they emailed back politely saying 'tough luck'. :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: Sorry all .....rant over.
