Hi, Me and husband decided o buy a house but it is foreclosed and we are ready with all the papers that require at the time of buying house.
The house is very beautiful, to the location wise. My office is not very far from there.
We would like to know some suggestion and advice whether we should go for this or keep this as an option as this is the first time we are going to buy this.

I would start by asking for advice in your own country - we have no Indian property law experts here that I know of, sorry.Debt free 4th April 2007.
