Micromark MM9572 Timer - Help Needed!

I have a Micromark MM9572 Timer and have mislaid the instructions. Can someone let me know how to set it. I have tried but am not sure whether the red switch with the clock at bottom and "I" at top should be up or down once you have set it.

Where else to come rather than trawl the internet! I have tried to locate Micromarks website which seems to be under construction.

Any help appreciated as always.
