Hi,
I need to buy a sofa bed. Came across this specialist site
http://www.sofabedsworld.co.uk/
Very cheap, but wary of not being able to visit a shop and try it out. Notice 'Unwanted goods' are subject to a £40 collection fee.
So anybody used them? Service good? Sofa's good enough to use as a main sofa?
Anywhere else worth considering?
I'd happily take 2nd hand but not much on Gumtree York at the moment. Frustrating as I used to do house clearance and would often be paid to take perfectly good sofabeds away!

Nobody?
Guess that's not a good recommendation.0 -
Not being able to try it out, I wouldn't.
Did you have a look at Ikea?
They have decent but cheap stuff.too foreign for diplomatic or PC answers, too poor for a sig0 -
Visco 3 seater futon bed
ordered this item two weeks ago , it finally arrived as agreed on my date , but my happiness turned to horror, the metal tubes were all dented , scratched , bent , welding incomplete, also the bolts and nuts in the sealed pack were totally rusted .the box it arrived in was perfectly ok , no that only leaves the damage to be in production
i called the call center who said they are really sorry, but they would call me , i explained i needed it for this week and was told " Ummm i don't think I will get one in the next few days " i am going to ask for my money back .
I noticed on a posting earlier on the foroum they may charge me for unwanted items0
