3. Flight and date changes are permitted, but no change to origin or destination of flight.

If the selected winner does not respond to contact made by the Promoter within 30 days of prize draw closing date that person's claim to the prize will be forfeited and the promoter, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right to award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the originals.
