jenniewb contact the people you ordered the goods from and tell them you are disputing the recipient signature. Their contract is with you. They should then raise a claim with the claims department of DPD which is based in Bristol. If you still get no response then send a letter to the head of security at DPD giving as much information as possible (i.e. consignment number, date, delivery post code). Or you can write to the Executive Escalation desk at DPD.
