My daughter has just ordered some items from the Footlocker website.
She ordered a present for her boyfriend and paid by Debit card, she then saw an item she wanted for her son and ordered that in the same way making two transactions within 15 mins.
The second item is now on its way, however the first item Footlocker are refusing to send as they claim she was using her card fraudulently because of the two orders. They have taken the money and have told her the refunds have to come from their US office and she will be refunded sometime in the New year.
I am pretty sure they cant do this. How can they take for two items within 15 mins and send one (the second one at that) and how can they hold onto her money till the new year?
All she wants is the item she has ordered and paid for sent to her.
Help and/or advice please
Mike
