Hey all,
I'm about to embark on a DMP with CCCS. Thing is, several yrs ago I worked for my bank, who is now my biggest creditor, ha ha. I retained a staff account, as part of our T & C's (we were outsourced to other company)
I wonder....should I expect harsher treatment from them being ex staff, but still actually having what is considered to be a staff account?
Ooh err

If you are no longer working for them it should make no difference.0

I agree , I worked for a bank when I applied for IVA and made no difference. They were also one of my creditors with 2 current accounts with OD, loan and credit card.
p.s. I did leave this job the week before my IVA meetingTOTAL 44 weeks lose. 6st 9.5lb :T0 -
Many thanks for the feedback, maybe one less thing to worry about:)Due to financial constraints, the light at the end of
