no they cant force entry, just make sure no one leaves the windows or doors open, if they do then they can come in, ie peacefull entryHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Don't answer the door and don't let them in. If they can't get in they can't do anything.

Nope

ignore, don't speak to them and make sure that they cannot get in. Make sure your mates don't let them in either.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -

its not that sort of warrent, ie its not an arrest warrent, its basically just a license to take certain actions but as has been said they cant force entry, also do you have a car because if it is outside they could uplift itHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Technically no, but it is a case of you proving that they are not yoursHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

They can only take what is yours and it is up to them to prove it is yours, move everything into your mates room. I tried to enforce bailiffs once and was told it was up to me to prove the person who owed me the money owned anything to the value, contact the council direct and see f you can sort it out with themIf you woke up this morning congratulations, you have another chance :j0
