At this time of year you should be well in credit because you use more in the next quarter than any other quarter in the year. People can be several hundred pounds in credit so its not suprising they increased your DD.IT Consultant in the utilities industry specialising in the retail electricity market.
4 Credit Card and 1 Loan PPI claims settled for £26k, 1 rejected (Opus).0 -

They will always over estimate as there would be an outcry if people were receiving a bill at the end of the year to cover any underpayment. This is why smart meters are being rolled out so you pay for what you use. To be fair if you don't like the estimate system you could always pay on receipt of the bill, obviously it would be at a higher rate but there are choices depending on your priorities.0

pothole50, looks to me like a !!!! up by BG again!!! On the gas he has deducted the outstanding debit balance from the annual usage - should have added which would give you £206.40 ie £20.64 per month over 10 months!!!!0

The mistake he made was calling it a debit when in fact it is a credit on my account0
