Amazon price differences?

Options
Hi recently purchased a 'Braun series 7 shaver' only to find the price had dropped recently by £36.29:( I realise 'the 30 day price drop difference' doesn't exist any more, but just wondered where there is significant cash difference they might give a refund? Has any one received a refund due to a price difference recently?

Thx

No harm in asking but they have no obligation to do so

How recently did you buy it?

I've always found they've automatically refunded me if the price goes down within 2 weeks or so.

They refunded me the price difference of £25 recently. Call them up and explain.

if you're in the period in which you can return the item - i tend to email them and point out that i could return the item and re-order but that was waste my time and there's.

I've only asked for the difference where it has been greater than the cost of returning the item - so it's not a case of calling their bluff - but each time they've refunded the difference.

I guess it would look pretty bad for them from a PR point of view if they were to insist on returning the item and re-order and re-send needlessly.

I'm surprised. I usually get refunded automatically from Amazon. The last one was for 6p though. :rotfl:

Hi the shaver on 26th Dec dropped another £31.71 A total of £68.42 difference from what I originally paid. So ordered another & sent the other one back. The next day the price went back up, so lucky on that one.. If Amazon had refunded me the difference originally of £36.29 I probably would have left it at that. All good in the end. Happy New Year!
