Santander have messed up again today.
A&L customers are experiencing logon difficulties.
Using your Bookmarked logon details now incorrectly take you to the Santander Homepage, when logon button clicked the details are different and you cannot logon.
Many of SayNoTo numbers have been stopped, but eventually got through to harassed employee on 0800 3899875 who said to Google A&L and click on internet banking which would take you to OLD Logon page and to Bookmark that.
Sorted however this and other problems will not be sorted till New Year.

dc I had this problem about 3 weeks ago whenmy account finally migrated to santander. I had to ring and get new long in details sent. Very frustrating as it took over a week at a crucial time of the month financially. All is well now though.0
