Hello,
Spotted the LG 26LC2R at Empire Direct for just £426.99:

Great spec, etc. But in the LG Brochere it appears that the TV doesnt have HDCP which i think wat is needed to use with SKY HD and make it HD Ready?

HDCP is a requirement for HD Ready
According to the LG website this model does have HDCP. Click on Specification0 -
