    Hi, I've been here before when I was thinking of bankruptcy before but "chickened out" Didn't do me any good as I'm here again. Facing it now and had an interview with CCCS this morning who advised me to go for it. Still a bit scary! Only thing I'm worried about is losing my car (sad) but she's only worth about a grand so I hope it will be okay. Looking forward to getting out from under this cloud that has been following me around for about 6 years since my divorce.
    Have looked at posts on here on and off and am encouraged by the support and encouragement I have seen.
