    Hi,
    I am new to MSE,just wanted some advice to make sure i am doing the right thing.

    I owe about £ 56,000 in loans and Credit Cards and i am a guarantor for my ltd company which went bump for £38,000.

    My wife are me are both on the deeds and mortgage of our house got £ 83,000 left on mortgage and its been valued at £ 165,000 so the OR or Trustee interest would be about £ 40,000 if thats right.?

    What could i offer the trustee and would he definately offer my wife the chance to buy my benefial interest back?

    Look forward to getting some posts back,it took a long time for me to put this on MSE.:(
