The Netac MP3 player I mentioned earlier in theis thread, which has an inbuilt digitally controlled FM transmitter, will presumably be fully legal on December 8th 2006:

So the Netac could play back on any radio in your house or possibly the car radio (but expect glitches as the signal is not very strong via the car's external aerial).0
