Yeah BQ got a deal on this one http://www.diy.com/diy/jsp/bq/nav.jsp?action=detail&fh_secondid=11227760&fh_view_size=10&fh_eds=?&fh_location=//catal!!!1/en_GB/categories<{9392094}&fh_search=drill&fh_refview=search&ts=1294907979313&isSearch=false still not hammer though.
But it is boxed with accessories, seen it the other night.0 -

What was the model number on the box - was it a CDA18022B? They should come with 2 batteries, so strange behaviour on the part of TJ Hughes to remove a battery from a boxed set.0
-
If it said 2 batteries on the box and only 1 was in the box there are definite grounds for compensation as it's false advertising on Ryobi's part at the very least?
Sorry if this sounds silly, but have you looked right down to the bottom of the box as my 2nd battery was 'sort of' hiding there.0 -

The zip and the handles have a black zip tie on them to keep them closed/together.
Just re-checked and yes only 1 battery.MillicentBystander wrote: »If it said 2 batteries on the box and only 1 was in the box there are definite grounds for compensation as it's false advertising on Ryobi's part at the very least?

Mine is right down the bottom, i guess the other one sits near the top (quite a gap tbh)MillicentBystander wrote: »

I think the first thing to do is get on to T J Hughes and inform that waht is offered on the box isn't all included. There surely must be some compensation knocking about here? The model ending 022 should definitely include 2 batteries - one model includes 1x li-on and 1 x nicad and the other model includes 2x lion batteries. Either way, there should be 2 batteries in there. I think it's a bloody cheek of T J Hughes to do this (even though I accept they only describe it as having 1 battery). It's all a bit suss IMO.0
