Calling Virgin 150

Ive been trying to call Virgin from my landline however everytime I dial 150 there is a recorded message that says 'hello to virgin media' and thats it - no options or anything just silence - any ideas?

Can you call other numbers? They normally put a message on when phone is cut off.0
