Placed 2 orders. Paid both with Paypal. No cancellation emails and both say despatched when I log in and check orders.. Woohoo!! Sorry for those who had theirs cancelled who paid by card, seems very unfair :eek:

Still no email and online it says released for dispatch on the intial page and released for delivery when I click on view order.

Will just have to wait and see what happens :cool:

I agree. I don't begrudge anyone who paid by Paypal their orders, but it's a bit unfair of Superdrug to pick and choose who benefits from an error on their part. M and S all over again

I paid with Paypal and just received a dispatch email :j I ordered 3 x Burberry Touch Male 5ml for my boys and nephew and 1 Disney Princess 50ml EDT set for niece... all for £3.97 delivered!

Exactly. No one was to know they would do this, so yea I don't begrudge anyone who's getting theirs, it's just very frustrating that because of the way we paid, we don't get anything. Kind of an odd way of doing it, I'm pretty confused.

Got 2 cancellation emails yesterday (paid by card) Really gutted!
Placed another order last night though, it worked out cheaper than boots with 3 for 2, 10% off and free delivery. But still cost a lot more than it would with the glitch!

Well considering I have a blooming Paypal account it's very annoying! I have emailed. Unlikely to get anything back though. Pfft. Sorry you didn't get your order, I hope your Christmas wasn't relying on it. I'm upset at the injustice but happy for those that beat their system. I prefer Boots anyway! Superdrug have always been my least favourite so I guess it's only fair they cancel my orders! :rotfl:
