However, my plan is to go shopping on Weds next week to get a Turkey so plans stop there for now!
So far I have pigs in blankets and some sausage meat in the freezer waiting for the big day, aswell as a sprout stalk which should still be fine on the 25th. I'm doing Thursday to Wednesday plans, which is just as well as I don’t know what I’m doing for Christmas. I may be at a friend’s house for an Italian Christmas lunch with her family, otherwise I will be home all alone
Anyway, this week:
Tonight – out with friend for cheap veggie meal and some drinkies
Tomorrow – office xmas party, so lots of canap!s and whatever is in the fridge when we get home!
Saturday – chilli from freezer with brown rice
Sunday – butternut squash soup
Monday – Veg bolganese pasta bake
Tuesday – pasta pesto
Wednesday - leftover soup or pasta bake
Breakfasts are cereal and plain yoghurt or toast, lunches are leftovers or tinned soups at work. I may also do a chilli batch cook at some point.
OH is going away on Wednesday as his best friend from childhood has decided to get married in Israel on Christmas eve (expensive flights!), so it’ll be just me eating until I go to visit some friends over the New Year, starting on the 28th. In short, just one more shop for the year, bring on 2011!!Mortgage free by 30:eek:: £28,000/£100,000Debt free as of 1 October, 2010

I shall be joining you fine people in the new year, as although I shop with a mealplan in my head it rarely happens in practise, so maybe writing it down will give me some impetus.
Hope you all have a lovely Christmas.
