PPI Cheque from Black Horse

Hello,

Does anyone know the email address for Black Horse customer care in Cardiff? I have been waiting for a ppi refund cheque for 12 weeks now and everytime I call them I get told its on its way. Not good at all. Want to send them a strong email.

Is this with Lloyds?
If so, i would email [EMAIL="!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"]!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![/EMAIL]. He is in charge, ive sent a stinging email to him last week over my PPI through Lloyds about how unsatisifed i was with their service, within a few days, i had recieved an apology letter and an update on my claims.

How long did it take for your claim to be resolved?

My claim took ages, but they have agreed to refund me only its now been a further 12 weeks since I signed the acceptance form. This is with Black Horse in Cardiff, they are part of Lloyds but have a different dept. The email you have given me wouldnt work in this instance I dont think. But thanks anyway and I hope you get a resolution soon mate.

Thanks for that, but its the email address im looking for. I have written and phoned many times. Wanted to send a strong email whilst copying it to the CEO.

Is there anyone out there who could help with this?

I was in exactly the same boat with Black Horse - although its only 11 weeks now - They promised me it would be within 8 weeks and every time I called them they said it would be with me in 7 - 10 days. I decided to call the Financial Ombudsman last week and they sent a letter to them, basically saying that despite numerous promises they still hadn't sent me my cheque. Lo and behold I received a letter today with my calculation saying my cheque would be with me in 7 days. I also received a phone call from BH today. The very helpful chap said he had received the letter from FOS and was checking to make sure I received the said letter.
The only problem I have now is that I am only receiving the statutory interest, as this loan was passed to their debt collectors where I paid it in full a few months later. I mentioned this in the phone call and he checked and said it had been noted that it had been paid and it should have been calculated as more. He said he would sort this straight away and someone would call me back which they never did! We will just have to wait and see what happens.

If you don't hear anything soon you should maybe call the FOS. They are very helpful and I definately believe that if they hadn't sent a letter to BH I would still be waiting!

I had a car loan with bmw through black horse in about 2006 and refinanced a few years later.

I no longer have the paperwork to see whether i paid ppi. What is the best way of getting hold of the loan agreement off them and start claiming?

Just an update on my case with BH - I called them and my cheque has been posted albeit interest only (£323.24). They also said they had issued a second cheque as it should have been take into account I had paid in full at debt collectors. This one is for £709.25!! Woo hoo!! - It should arrive within 7 - 10 days weather permitting! If I hadn't queried it I would never have got this!
To anyone else waiting on cheques I would advise to keep on at them.
