Thanks MrsE and abaove posters, some different views then. Not something I would consider buying at the inflated prices - these "gimmicky" things are always pitched high.
I will certainly try out my free packs though.

They are a gimmick and just an excuse for charging a lot more for something very basic.

I saw in sainsburys that the quantamtic is down to under £5. I was tempted to buy it as the voucher was for £5, but it does say it cant be used in conjunction with any other offers. Thoughts????

Go for it, just use a normal check-out - avoid self service check-outs.
I ended up with 4 - took 5 attempts as one was declined.

    They are rubbish.

I only buy Quantum tablets, they are the best. But these are useless, sometimes it (the powder) doesn't come out & you have to reset the disk & rewash, so double the electric.

I agree! That happened to me. they're useless and very expensive. Ok for free tho!

  • I have printed off but will try and use with trepidation! I ALWAYS have trouble at my local Sainsbury's with these self-printing vouchers. I end up with a queue of grumbling people behind me at the till and then have to go to customer services to get it sorted.
"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"
  • I love it when there is a queue of grumbling people behind me, I purposely go slower whenever it happens and ensure I pack my bags first then look for my purse then search for other coupons before finding cash or card for purchases. I always do this if I here someone behind tut as it winds them up more. People have no patience these days. If I find myself in the queue I just resign myself to the fact, I don't see why the person getting served has to resign themselves to a grovelling mess and apologising because they take a millisecond longer to get served. I used two couponds no bother on self scanner, they just took price off manually, will now go and see if I can get more like some other msers.
  • Can't even get one here as the shelf always seems to be empty when we go, wonder why?

Well done, I take it you got a nice assistant??
I'm still laughing at the smug "teenage manager" lol, the one who said, "You won't be using this coupon in this store" and the same "teenage manager" whose smugness drained from his face when I took the voucher back and calmly told him to just cancel the order I had scanned. :rotfl:

They are really onto a loser with this product..probably millions spent developing and now they just sit on the shelves till these offers come along.Reckon they will either be discontinued within 2 years or will have a regular price of £4.99
