So who is the cheapest at the moment in the dual fuel providers ??

No such thing as the cheapest provider, as it depends on how many kwh gas and elec you use as to what companies pricing will work best for what you use eg low user you will find sse and npower come out top, high user you will find edf and eon will generally come out top, also depend son former electric board region you live in also (mpan will be of 10-23)
