You can have multiple and completely seperate itunes/ipod/iphone accounts on a single PC
Hold down the SHIFT key on your keyboard and double click your itunes icon. KEEP THE SHIFT KEY HELD DOWN
Instead of launching into the program, you will be presented with a message box asking if you want to set up a new account or change accounts (sorry not at my home PC so can not say exactly what is there). NOW YOU CAN RELEASE THE SHIFT KEY
Select the option to create a new account (call it what you like) and voila, your daughter now has her own settings on itunes to hopld all her playlists/downloads etc
Itunes will treat this as a new device, so she will have to register it again etc. But after that all will be good
Just get into the habbit of doing the shift-hold+click and swap accounts before you plug in
At this point, your daughter will be able to restore her phone to factory settings, but this will erase everything. She could then go back to whatever PC she used regularly as this should have a "restore from a back up" available. She can run this from the itunes home page
This is how I would do it, but someone may have another wayThere are 10 kinds of people that understand binary
Those that do
Those that dont
