block this buyer from your lists...

hope i'm allowed to do this but have had a nightmare with a NPB who i have opened a dispute with, she has bought loads but seems to pay for very little, i have contacted other sellers who have delt with her over the last 2 weeks and all but a few are still waiting payment or have opened disputes.
she seems to bid silly amounts and just doesnt pay ( still has 100% fb at the moment)
anyway this time of year sellers cant be sitting on their thumbs waiting for buyers who have no intestion of paying
save yourself time and hassle ( she seems to like bratz stuff, barbie stuff etc)

I like this idea too. As long as we get a one line reason to block we can make our own minds up then.

I can give you one strade100

Bought item, was shipped same day, never heard anything for 6 weeks then his paypal payment bounced and was reversed. On contacting him he denied it had bounced and accused me of scamming him out of more money. I offered to forward the paypal emails and his response was 'no further comment'. He became a non paying bidder dispute and Im now taking him to the County Court.

    Also Mr-white-06

Claimed non receipt on the first day he could do so through paypal. Wouldnt respond to emails, phone calls or updates on the dispute. Got his money back through paypal then would not even agree to the Royal Mail enquiry they sent to get him to confirm non receipt.

I don't agree. You could be entering a legal minefield by 'naming and shaming' ebayers that you have clashed with.
If more people gave negative feedback when needed instead of fearing a reliatory response buyers/sellers would improve their ebay etiquette.
The buyer in the first post will be kicked out once they recieve three strikes anyway.
Third time lucky on WW I hope :j
