Apologies if this is the wrong board, but I was wondering whether anyone else is waiting for orders from Play.com My order is 11 days late now, and was intended as a xmas gift. On the website it says you can only contact them regarding this after 21 days. Is anyone else finding they are waiting for orders from this…

Guess I was lucky too - ordered from Play.com on Saturday and it arrived on Monday evening. Free delivery too!

However my daughter has been waiting for an order for over a week now. Think it must have got caught up with the bad weather delay, but apparently she has to wait 3 weeks until it will count as missing and she can be refunded or have another item sent.
