My £80 pending went to £0.00 Payable a few days ago. :(
I have never noticed this before with other transactions.

Has this happened to anyone else?

All previous transactions through T C B went well.

If you mean EDF mine still shows as £80.80
  • Just checked mine and £85.60 still showing (I had a good month previously and qualified for 7% extra!). Never had a gas/electric company do this on me but had a couple of insurance companies do it (they both eventually paid out after i submitted manual claims).

Yes happened to me as well, tracked correctly at £80.00 then changed to paid at £0.00 just when my transfer completed. If you read the comments on EDF at TCB it seems to have happened to quite a few people. So far I haven't seen anyone say they have been paid the correct amount of £80.00, only that it's tracked at £80.00.

Similar, my Elect. went live on29th Nov., Gas 9th Dec.

Today i sent inquiry to TCB who replied "looks like it's been declined" & suggested sending missing cashback claim inquiry which i have just done.
Suggest you do same if you haven't already done so, good luck!

    Will post any new info.

  • Thanks for your post, glenderg. My £80.80 is showing as "confirmed" at the moment.

Hope you and wakeupalarm get it sorted out.
  • When EDF were still available on Quidco IIRC the stats stated that the usual time from confirmation was just 1 month. T'would be nice...

Good news my cashback that went from £80 pending to £0.00 payable has now gone to £80 confirmed, the other two properties have been paid. :T

I work for first direct and have previously worked for Santander.
Any information I give should not been seen as being given from first direct or Santander however I do have certain knowledge from working there.

    Thank you, Chrissy
