ADSL24/BT Removal of Service

So recently i had my service terminated with ADSL24 by BT no reason was giving accept it was a manual error with BT, So now for me to get my broadband back with ADSL24 they want me to pay an activation fee of £47 + Vat.

I told adsl24 why cant they waive the free and reprovid me with a service as "the agent did say it was a mistake with bt" They said i would need to contact BT directly and i know form horrible experiecne BT "DO NOT" deal with people who anit customers of BT. So now i am really angry with ADSL24 and BT, Anyone have any ideas what i could do to actually see if i can get this resolved.

Ill be contacting ofcom for any good that will do.

Ofcome actually agree with me on this.

I would have thought that the issue here is with ADSL24? They provide the broadband service and they are the customer of BT openreach. As you did not request your service to be terminated its up to them to sort it.

My words exactly, But ADSL24 seem to recon I should contact BT to get them to reimburse me the fees i need to pay again.

Quite ridiculous actually UKOnline who i previously was with never ever had a problem with them they never charged activation fees using LLU so i dont see why ADSL24 have to.

Lucky i have a backup ADSL line or i be stuck with 56k or less :( which would really annoy me .
