Cash machine (ATM) withdrawal limit UK

This may seem a basic question, apologies. I have a ‘Carte Bleue’ French debit card. I have been told by my bank that I can withdraw the equivalent of 600 Euros (around £500) from a machine abroad in one go. I would like to do this, but what limits do the cash machines in England have per withdrawal. I want to limit the amount of withdrawals as I get charged for each transaction.
Any help or advice will be appreciated

Its up to the bank to place a limit, Some banks in UK allow £700 to be withdraw from ATM daily.0

Woud the bank know the limits on their machines if I asked them?0
-
No and it would vary between card issuers anyway.0
