Balance Transfer Any Chance?

I have 2 Natwest credit cards, total debt approx £6,500 and I have been keeping up with payments. My credit limits on both cards have just been reduced and I would like to transfer the balances. I know I should of done it sooner. I am claiming benefit - JSA. I have not checked my credit rating but it can't be good. Is there any chance that I can do this with any card company? Is it worth trying the for best deals or just go for those who accept low credit ratings.

You will not be able to apply for q new card til you are in some form of employment preferably full time to justify your new limit on new card. It's written in the terms and conditions.0
