EDF Discount Plan V4

I received a letter from EDF advising me that they are discontinuing the Nectar rewards scheme, and replacing it with a discount of 2.5 % on gas/elec bills. The letter states that t&c apply, but they don't say what. Does anyone know if there are any strings attached with this scheme, like having to stay with them for 12 months. I notice that they are craftily stopping the nectar points some 3 weeks before I'm due to receive my next bill, so presumably I will lose this quarter's nectar points which would be worth some £2.50.

Sorry folks - I just noticed that Welshrarebit has started another thread about this topic. Looks like EDF are trying to con people with this scheme before they increase their tariffs in March 2011.Before doing something... do nothing0
