I joined national trust last year and paid the full membership by direct debit.
I phoned to cancel my membership and was told the DD would be cancelled.
Lo and behold the DD of £60 odd pounds for another year still came out.
I phoned and was told i would receive a refund in 3-10 days.
This was well over a month ago and despite countless phone calls i have still not had my money back.
I have been told various things from a cheque having been issued on the 5th of November to them experiencing technical difficulties and to 'just wait'!!!!
Anyone any advice on where to go from here? I want my money back!!!!!!

I don't get nearly enough credit for not being a violent psychopath.

Write them a letter sent by recorded delivery that if you do not recieve your refund within 7 days you will do a small claims case against them.. They will probably act sharpish."If you no longer go for a gap, you are no longer a racing driver" - Ayrton Senna0
