Put codes in hope to get the free jacket.
All in all makes it so much cheaper than primark, which is amazing in itself and I expect, better quality.

not wanting to put a damper on this post...i had no end of problems with Damart..when they offered free towels...{which ended up costing me £10} because I hadnt spent enough money on my item{which was not true},,there customer service was awlful too..so i would wait and see what arrives..I wonder if they will try and worm there way out of this offer too?

I have just received my order with what was supposed to be a free coat. What I actually got intead of the coat was a digusting cheap pink shirt, worth no more than about £3. I phoned Damart (on an expensive 0871 number) and was eventually fobbed off with the excuse that they have run out of coats. They could not explain why the replacement item they sent me was worth about 1/10 of the free gift they advertised. I feel I have been conned into placing an order with a false promise, and am returning both items. I await a refund but have no faith in the company now.

Well i got no Coat, no substitute and no £5 off, so a complete waste of time and money cos i paid for the postage. I will be returning the item and never using them again.


Can i suggest you use this service to finD a cheaper number to call next time.

Order arrived this morning with no free jacket and no discount. Rang them this morning ... no problem, apologised and said the jacket will be despatched within 12 working days and the discount refunded to my card.

Hi I have been hiding in the background for a while now but had to post re this offer. I also ordered when this deal first became avalible, I recieved my order this morning with no discount and no jacket. Phoned Damart up told them I was unhappy as the code had not been applied. They promised to refund 5 pound onto my card and send out jacket. Try ringing nice lady said they were having some probs with site
