Have just received a promotional catalogue from Damart, famous for their thermals. They are offering:

£5.00 off your first order and

FREE womens jacket (looks like a navy, parker style coat, with detachable hood and faux fur trim around the hood. They say it is worth £34.99 (and you can buy additional coats at this price). It is quilted and lined and there is no minimum order spend to get it!). Sizes are S (36/28/40), M (42/44/46) and L (48/50). They do say that they have the right to supply an alternative gift if they run out however.

Postage and packaging is £2.00 for any order.

So, looking at the brochure, you could order something as cheap as a french neck vest (from £7.99), get a free coat as well, and with the £5 off you would only pay from £4.99 inclusive of the postage and packaging!

Looking at their website they also have a sale on some items with upto 60% off. Website is www.damart.co.uk telephone is 0871 882 1111 and the promotional codes you will need for this offer are Media Code ED8-ACD; Gift Code OO.

Have just ordered a pair of thermal long pants to keep me smiling (rather than grimacing) on those bitter winter mornings stood watching our youngest at rugby practice! :j

Thanks for this. Ordered 3 items for my mum and got myself a free jacket. The website was soooo slow with so many people using it and long queues on the phone but got thro eventually. So a big thanks and that is greatgrannies Christmas sorted.:beer:

Hi, thanks for this. I've ordered (you're right it's soooooooo slow) but haven't received a confirming email or anything to tell me whether I'll receive the free jacket and the £5 off. Is this normal?

Hi JJ7,

Although I placed my order on the phone, I went onto the website to see if I wanted anything else and on the checkout page there were two boxes near the bottom into which you put the promotion codes (as posted) and selected the size of your free gift. I guess if you are in any doubt as to whether you've done this, you could contact them and check.

Thanks for your reply. I filled everything in okay, using your (kindly shared) codes but there was nothing to say that they'd been accepted. I think I'll give them a ring tomorrow just to be sure.
